Common Questions About Our Excavation Services

Can you handle the entire project from clearing through septic?
Yes. One contract, one crew, every phase: clearing, grading, driveway, building pad, septic, underground utilities, and final grade. No coordinating between four or five separate contractors.
Do you subcontract any of the work?
Our crew handles every service listed here with equipment we own. The one exception is septic because we hold the license and perform installations, but when our crew is on heavy earthwork elsewhere, we bring in a trusted sub. We manage the scope and schedule either way.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Tennessee contractor’s license for projects up to $3 million. Full performance bonding. General liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Current documentation available on request.
How far will you travel?
Residential work stays primarily within 20 miles of McEwen. Commercial site prep, subdivision development, and large-acreage clearing take us up to 100 miles: Nashville, Clarksville, Columbia, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and surrounding areas.
